Review the Overview card: - Check the Site link for address details. - Review the Client and Contact details and email link. - Use View Notes if you need historical estimate notes. 5. Review the Quote Snapshot: - Confirm the quote value, type, created date, received date, and age. - Adjust the probability slider if your call changes confidence. - Use View PDF when available to open the quote document. - Expand the Products list to confirm what the quote includes. 6. Use related context lists: - Open Quotes (Client/Site) to understand other live opportunities. - Previous Jobs (Client/Site) to reference past work. 7. **Complete Call Notes, Checklist, and Actions:** - **Click the Add Call button (this is not required for the first call).** - **Write concise notes (objections, decision-maker, budget, programme).** - **Select a Call Outcome (Answered, No answer, Left voicemail, Follow-up email sent).** - **Assign the follow-up owner if needed.** - **Tick checklist items or add new tasks.** 8.
